DMCA Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

ArDraw (ardraw.live) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we have adopted the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement related to content available on our website and browser-based AR drawing and sketch tracing tool (the "Service").

This DMCA Policy applies to all outlines, sketch references, images, illustrations, category artwork, text, and other materials made available through ArDraw. If you believe that content hosted on ardraw.live infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notice of infringement to us as described below, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

1. Our Commitment to Copyright Compliance

We take copyright ownership seriously. The drawing outlines and category artwork featured on ArDraw are either created by us, licensed for use on our platform, sourced from properly licensed stock or public domain collections, or provided under terms that permit their use for a tracing and practice tool. However, given the volume of content on the Site and the categories we maintain (including Anime, Animals, Flowers, Birds, Vehicles, Architecture, Anatomy, Marine Life, Insects, and Doodles), we recognize that mistakes can occur, and we are committed to promptly addressing any legitimate concerns raised by rights holders.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available through ArDraw infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to us that includes:

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Please send your DMCA takedown notice to us through our Contact Uspage, clearly marking the subject line as "DMCA Takedown Request."

3. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to review the claim. If the notice meets the legal requirements described above, we will remove or disable access to the identified material, typically within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the notice. We will also make a reasonable effort to notify the user or party responsible for uploading or submitting the material, where applicable, that the content has been removed or disabled in response to a copyright complaint.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you submitted or that is associated with your account was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include the following information, as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law, restore the removed material within a reasonable period, unless the original complaining party informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity related to the material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, and in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, ArDraw maintains a policy of restricting or terminating access to the Service for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to remove content, disable access, or restrict the accounts or access privileges of any user who repeatedly submits or is associated with infringing material, at our sole discretion.

6. Good Faith and Misuse of the Process

We encourage all parties to submit notices and counter-notices only when they have a genuine, good-faith basis for doing so.

7. No Legal Advice

This DMCA Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you are uncertain whether your rights have been infringed, or whether you should submit a takedown notice or counter-notification, we recommend that you consult with a qualified attorney before proceeding.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

ArDraw is not responsible for content hosted on third-party websites that may be linked to or from our Site. Copyright complaints regarding content that does not appear directly on ardraw.live should be directed to the relevant third-party service or platform.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or for other operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
