1. Proprietary Design and Original Code

Please be advised that the entire user interface (UI), design system, styling combinations, user flow, custom features, and graphic styles embedded within AR Draw are proprietary creations designed exclusively for this platform. These assets are protected by local and international copyright laws. Any duplication, layout replication, structural copying, or redistribution of our custom code and assets without written authorization will be strictly prosecuted under copyright law.

2. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on AR Draw infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our designated agent with the following information in writing:

• The digital or physical signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on their behalf).
• Specific details identifying the copyrighted work(s) allegedly infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
• The specific location or exact URLs of the material you claim is infringing and wish to have removed or disabled.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
• A statement confirming that you honestly believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
