1. Camera Stream and Feed Privacy
AR Draw uses your device's camera stream to display real-time physical drawing surfaces in order to let you trace outline overlays. We want to state with absolute clarity that we do not upload, collect, record, stream, or transmit your camera feed or images to any server. The camera overlay processing occurs entirely inside your local device's web browser environment. When you close the browser tab, the camera connection terminates completely.
2. Drawing Data and Local Storage
Any template you select or image you crop is saved exclusively within your browser's local sandbox using IndexedDB. We do not store your user-generated sketch vectors or uploaded pictures on our remote databases. Your files, creations, and edits remain 100% private and belong to you.
3. Proprietary Rights of Our Layout
The visual layout, design components, CSS code, interactive behaviors, and structure of AR Draw are custom developed, proprietary properties. We license users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use our application. Any mirroring, layout plagiarism, script scraping, or unauthorized usage of our Neobrutalist design aesthetics is strictly prohibited.
4. Security
As a client-centric web tool, we employ industry-standard security measures (including HTTPS encryption) to ensure your browser connection to AR Draw is secure. Because we do not run account logins or back-end member databases, there are no credential leaks or profile breaches possible on our platform.
