Welcome to ArDraw (ardraw.live). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and browser-based AR drawing and sketch tracing tool (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using ArDraw, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
ArDraw is a free, browser-based tool that allows users to overlay drawing outlines and sketch references onto a live camera view or screen in order to practice tracing on paper or a digital surface. The Service includes features such as Sketch Mode (AR), Trace Mode, opacity adjustment, screen lock, torch support, alignment tools, and a library of drawing categories including Anime, Animals, Flowers, Birds, Vehicles, Architecture, Anatomy, Marine Life, Insects, and Doodles. No account creation, login, or payment is required to use the Service.
2. Eligibility
By using ArDraw, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or that you are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Users who have not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use the Service only with appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
3. License to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ArDraw for personal, non-commercial drawing practice. This license does not include the right to: resell or make commercial use of the Service or its content; copy, reproduce, or redistribute the outlines, categories, or underlying software for purposes beyond personal tracing practice; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or download content in bulk; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Service.
4. Camera Access and Device Permissions
The Sketch Mode (AR) feature requires access to your device camera to display a live tracing overlay. You are responsible for granting or denying this permission through your browser or device settings. Camera access is used solely to render the on-screen overlay in real time and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted by ArDraw. You may revoke camera permission at any time, though doing so will limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.
5. User Conduct
When using ArDraw, you agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law; upload, share, or attempt to introduce any content that is harmful, offensive, infringing, or violates the rights of others; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through malware, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized access attempts; misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity; or use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair ArDraw or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available through ArDraw, including but not limited to the drawing outlines, category artwork, software, design, layout, graphics, logos, and text (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by ArDraw or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content is provided for personal tracing and practice purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit the Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Any drawings, sketches, or artwork you personally create by tracing outlines using ArDraw on your own paper or device remain yours. We do not claim ownership over the physical or digital artwork you produce through your own tracing practice.
7. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Service to do the same. If you believe that any content on ArDraw infringes your copyright, please submit a notice through our DMCA page with sufficient detail to allow us to identify and address the material in question. We will review and respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with applicable law.
8. Third-Party Advertising
ArDraw is supported in part by advertising, including through Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. These networks may collect and use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide relevant advertisements. The content of third-party advertisements is beyond our control, and we bear no responsibility for the products, services, or claims made by those advertisers. Any engagement or interaction you have with advertisements is strictly between you and that specific advertiser.
9. No Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, suitability for a specific use, non-infringement of rights, or guarantees that the Service will operate without interruption, errors, or security vulnerabilities. We do not guarantee that camera-based tracing will work perfectly on every device, browser, or lighting condition, and results may vary based on your hardware and environment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArDraw and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because ArDraw is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid to us for use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArDraw and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to ArDraw, other users, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
