By accessing or using AR Draw, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our web application. The service is provided "as is" and is open to anyone wishing to learn sketch overlays.
2. Proprietary Assets and UI Protection
The entire user interface (UI), design system elements, high-contrast layouts, custom CSS stylesheets, buttons, graphics, and underlying routing architectures are the exclusive intellectual property of AR Draw. These proprietary features were custom designed and coded, and are protected under copyright, trademark, and trade dress regulations. Copying, cloning, replicating, scraping, or redistributing the UI elements, layout, or graphics of AR Draw is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.
3. Permitted Usage
AR Draw is intended for personal, non-commercial educational tracing, drawing, and line training. You are permitted to use our cataloged outline illustrations solely to guide and practice your own physical drawing projects. You retain 100% ownership of any physical drawings or artwork you construct utilizing our browser tool.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AR Draw, its creators, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or inability to access our online application. This includes but is not limited to camera stream errors, browser version incompatibilities, or data deletions within IndexedDB local storage.
